Where is my Order?
We try and ship your order as fast as we can, most of the time the same day we receive it. Normally you should receive it within a week. Sometimes we are out of stock on an item and are waiting for it to come in from our suppliers. In this case your order will be marked "On Hold For Item" with an estimated shipping date. You will not be charged until the order is shipped. We also attend shows throughout the year and are not in the shop to process orders. You can check the status of your online order by clicking on order status.
Not everything I ordered is in the box I received?
We try to ensure your order is packed correctly. Some of the products we sell are very small and easily can get mixed up in the packing material. Please check this thoroughly to ensure your missing item isn't their. When items are out of stock and we do not anticipate receiving them soon, we ship your order with as much as we can. The paperwork in your order will show any items that weren't shipped. We do not backorder so you will not be charged for any items not shipped. You can view the out of stock product on this website and sign up to receive an email when it becomes available again.
My Credit Card keeps getting declined on this website?
To ensure your identity and credit card information are secure, all data that you submit is subjected to several fraud protection tests. This means that in order for your credit card to be approved all information you give us must match what the credit card company has on file. The shopping card will let you know what information doesn't match so you can try again. If you still experience problems you can always call your order in at (718) 497-1100
Why doesn't every product have pictures?
We are currently in the process of photographing all of our items. New photos are being added daily.
