Prices are subject to change without notice.  Products may not be as pictured.  Some parts may require fitting/finishing prior to installation.  All parts are original unless otherwise indicated.  We are not responsible for typographical and printing errors.  We will not be held liable for any of our products or harm/damage that comes from the use of our products.  We do not backorder. Please be sure of your guns manufacturer as many original parts will not fit modern reproductions. Customer is responsible for compliance with all local, state, federal, or other laws.   By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms.

 Methods of Payment

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover for Online, Phone, and Fax Orders.  Credit Cards, Checks & Money Orders are accepted for Mail in orders.  A $25.00 service fee will be assessed for each dishonored check. C.O.D. service not available.

 Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and Handling rates are based on the value of the goods as shown on the order blanks.  Longarms and full length gunstocks are $15.00 additional.  Oversize & Heavy orders are subject to higher fees.

 Returns

All items are guaranteed as described.  Items may be returned as long as they are unused/unaltered.  Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.  Please call or email for authorization prior to returning an item. Please include a copy of your order and brief description as to why you are returning the item.  Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped in error. Returns prohibited on Books, Video Tapes, DVD’s, Bullet Moulds, Sizing Dies, Reproduction Firearms, and Special Order Items. Returns subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny returns for abuse of this policy.

 Out of Stock Items

While our website provides the most up date stock information, products are sometimes out of stock or no longer available.  We are not responsible for errors with our stock system. When items are expected back in we will place your order on hold or ship the order without them and tell you when to reorder them unless you advise us otherwise.  Items that are no longer available will be cancelled from your order.  Your credit charge will not be charged until your order ships.

Dealers please send us a copy of your business license for a current wholesale list.  New York State requests must include a copy of your resale certificate.

We only list in our catalog items of which we have sufficient quantity.  We have many parts that are not listed.  If you are looking for something you don’t see listed, email us at info@ssfirearms.com and we will let you know if we have it.

 Wanted to Buy/Trade

We are always interested in purchasing single items, collections, or parts guns.  Please email us a list of what you have and we will contact you.  We are interested in trading for goods in our catalog or purchasing your items outright.
